Our Menu's

 We would suggest a set menu of 1 starter, main & dessert (plus vegetarian option with pre-arranged numbers required) for the whole wedding party, or alternatively, a choice of two dishes per course (plus a vegetarian option) as long we receive a menu pre-order for each individual guest 1 month before the wedding. If a pre-order is preferred, we do require a table plan for the day which clearly indicated what each  guest has ordered.

Special Diets - Scott's Catering Services see all guests as important as each other, and they will provide food for your guests with special dietary requirements such as diabetic, vegan & gluten free dishes etc.

Children's’ Menu - We will cater for all children on your big day, keeping the kids happy will keep their parents happy & relaxed. A standard 3 Course Menu is charged at £15.00 per child of 12 years and below.

Menu Tastings - Should you wish to sample your selected menu, it is possible to do this on a set menu basis for a minimum of 2 people once the wedding has been confirmed and deposit paid. Tasting before confirmation is charged at full price.

Beverages -

We use a very good reputable supplier for our wines, prosecco & Champagnes, which  we can supply to you as well as the food, and your guest will not have seen on the supermarket shelf's unless you ask us to supply your favourite supermarket Wines.

We would suggest one or two glasses of bubbles for your drinks reception, 1/2 bottle of wine per guest for dinner and a glass of bubbles for your speeches.

Service Charges - No Service Charges 

We allow you to supply your own Beverages for your drinks reception and dinner. . Any surplus wines supplied by yourselves remaining after dinner will be collected , and stored safely for your collection the next day.  All wines etc supplied by the bridal party will be removed from circulation immediately after dinner unless prior arrangements have been agreed.

Special Touches.

 As well as providing the pre-planning services and specialised expertise and guidance of a dedicated wedding co-ordinator for all aspects scheduled to take place for your event we will provide the following:

The set up of your event, (the morning before, depending on access to the venue)

Master of ceremonies / toastmaster facility for the special day itself.

Cake stand and knife.

We will have staff on site right up until the evening Buffet has been cleared from the tables ensuring the venue room is cleared of all debris and left in a good order for you and your guests to party on.

If we are running a cash bar then staff will stay on site until the very end of the event and clear down the venue, ensuring any personal belongings are stored safely.

As we own all our own stock as in Caterhire equipment we can advise you on only hiring what you really need to hire ensuring no extra Surprising  costs.
